The building
Lucky Homes by SAVO is a residential building in Vilnius, on Gerosios Vilties street. It is built, handed over and occupied — not a future project and not a visualisation.
The facade is laid in dark clinker brick. It is a material that is not painted, and after ten years it looks different from render: it darkens in the rain and lightens as it dries, but it does not flake away in patches. The stair towers are glazed over their full height, so daylight reaches every floor, and in the evening the stairwell lights from inside and the building is recognisable from the street.
The ground around the building is laid out and kept: lawn, rows of hydrangeas by the entrances, young trees, paved paths. This is the part of a building that says most about its developer, because it does not appear on the day of handover but after it — and survives only while somebody remains answerable for it.
The building was put up by UAB Savo investicija, company code 304499183, VAT LT100011304015, registered at Gerosios Vilties g. 27-131 in Vilnius. The developer's registered office and the building are on the same street, which is the simplest way to check that a company works where it says it does.
The company belongs to the international SAVO group. The group has been on the market since 2006 and builds in three countries: Lithuania, Spain and Ukraine. This page deliberately stays about one building.
What is not here, and why: prices, availability, the level of finish and a construction phase number. There is a second project of the same name elsewhere in Vilnius, and which block belongs to which address the developer has not confirmed. Until it does, this page will say as much as is known and not one word more.

The SAVO group as a whole, and its projects in Spain and Ukraine, are described separately on the group's own site.
Ask about this building
Two sentences are enough: what you want to know about the building on Gerosios Vilties street, and how to reach you. The answer comes from the person who works on this project. Where nothing has been settled yet, you will be told that instead of a number that later turns out to be wrong.
