The developer and the group are not the same thing
Contracts in Lithuania are signed by UAB Savo investicija, registered in 2017. It belongs to the international SAVO group, and the group has been on the market since 2006. Those are two different dates about two different things, and we do not add them into one.
What this page does not carry
Prices, availability, the level of finish and a construction phase number. Nor a postal code: our own documents and the Lithuanian register state it differently, and a registered address is not a place to guess. Once the client confirms it, the code will appear.
